Dr. Paradis is a board-certified osteopathic physician dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through compassionate, personalized care. With extensive medical training and years of clinical experience, she combines evidence-based medicine with the osteopathic philosophy of treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Dr. Paradis completed four years of osteopathic medical school, residency training, and rigorous board certification requirements. DOs are fully licensed physicians who diagnose illness, prescribe medications and perform procedures. In addition to traditional medical training, osteopathic physicians receive specialized education in the interconnected relationship between the body's structure and function, emphasizing prevention, wellness, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Paradis has a special passion for women's health and wellness, focusing on pelvic floor therapy, intimate health, hormone optimization, menopause management, and mental wellness. She believes that every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and empowered with a healthcare plan tailored to their unique goals and lifestyle.

Gary Campbell is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) specializing in performance-driven, root-cause medicine. He focuses on identifying why the body is breaking down—not just treating the symptoms after the fact.

He completed advanced graduate-level medical training and national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner, giving him the authority to diagnose medical conditions, interpret advanced diagnostics, prescribe medications, and manage comprehensive treatment plans.

Gary’s clinical focus is men’s health, hormone optimization, metabolic dysfunction, pain and muscle recovery, and mental performance. He works with patients who are not interested in “normal labs” or symptom-chasing—they want clarity, optimization, and measurable change in how they feel and function.
