3. Treatment Outcomes

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Appointment changes require at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

• If a treatment cannot be performed due to undisclosed medical conditions, or if it is deemed unsafe to proceed, fees for the booked appointment remain non-refundable.
