At Ohana Health with Dr. Paradis, we believe true wellness comes from optimizing every aspect of your health—physical, emotional, and mental.
We take the time needed to fully understand your concerns and uncover the underlying causes of illness, rather than simply managing symptoms. Our approach is rooted in compassionate, patient-centered care that prioritizes being heard, understood, and supported at every stage of your health journey.
We have dedicated our practice to advancing integrative and osteopathic medicine to address medical issues that are often overlooked in traditional healthcare. By combining Internal Medicine and Osteopathic Healing with modern, evidence-informed therapies, we are able to offer a more complete and personalized approach to care.
At Ohana Health, we integrate functional medicine, hormone optimization and replacement therapy, medical weight management, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments to help our patients feel and look their absolute best—inside and out.
We have a special interest in supporting patients dealing with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, autoimmune disorders, neurologic injuries, and hormonal imbalance. Our goal is always to restore function, improve quality of life, and help the body heal from within.
We also strongly believe in preventative medicine and early detection of illness. This commitment is why we proudly care for patients across all stages of life, including newborns and mothers, using gentle and effective osteopathic healing techniques to support long-term health and development.
Patients spend an average of approximately 15 minutes with their Primary Care Physician, according to the National Institute of Health. The Ohana Health experience is the difference between compassionate healthcare, rather than sick care. We provide one-on-one with our expert medical providers for a completely personalized and proactive approach.

Testing isn’t about more labs—it’s about the right labs, interpreted the right way. At Ohana Health, we believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.

You’re Not Alone
Most patients spend ~15 minutes with their primary care provider—and leave with unanswered questions.
You deserve more than rushed care and surface-level explanations.

At Ohana Health, we practice functional, personalized medicine—focused on understanding you, not just your lab ranges.
This is healthcare designed to help you optimize, not just survive.
At Ohana Health, we don’t dismiss symptoms—we investigate them.

We believe in clear, upfront pricing so you always know what to expect.
Call the office for a complimentary appointment
At Ohana Health, we believe in full transparency when it comes to laboratory testing. Patients may choose to obtain labs directly through our clinic at clear, upfront cash prices. These prices reflect the laboratory cost and processing associated with obtaining and reviewing medically appropriate testing.
Patients may also elect to have their laboratory orders sent to the laboratory company of their choice if they wish to utilize their health insurance benefits. Please note that insurance coverage for laboratory testing is determined solely by your insurance provider and Ohana Health makes no guarantee of coverage or payment.
To maintain ethical and legal medical standards, Ohana Health will not alter, modify, or change diagnosis codes for the purpose of obtaining insurance reimbursement. All laboratory orders are based strictly on medical necessity and clinical evaluation.
An initial consultation is required prior to ordering laboratory tests, and follow-up evaluation is required for interpretation and medical guidance regarding results. Laboratory testing without proper medical evaluation or follow-up will not be performed.
Patients are ultimately responsible for any laboratory costs not covered by insurance.
